As an innovative instructional designer with over 15 years of experience, I have extensively studied learning theory principles and behavioral science. I have used the ADDIE model, SAM (Successful Approximation Model), and the newer Agile process using instructional system technology to develop engaging and successful programs.
I create excellent e-learning and curriculum development plans for various cultural and professional backgrounds and have expertise in current accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 and Section 508).
